My background is in Instructional Design, video production, graphic design, technical documentation, and IT Support. In 2014 I completed my MS in instructional systems design, where I focused on learning-product usability, multimodal learning delivery for career-level learners, and modes of technology acceptance in knowledge worker industries. I have a keen interest in organizational psychology, and user adoption practices. I currently work for an industry leader in medical sterilization and surgical equipment manufacturing where I manage a great crew of instructional designers who serve our field service organization to provide eLearning, ILT, blended classroom, virtual, and video-based training solutions for our technicians. I am passionate about helping my team members reach their brightest potential by helping them to grow the confidence and skills needed to shine. This post-pandemic world requires adaptability and embracing of frequent change. My aim is to help people develop solutions for navigating unfamiliar territory, while maintaining quality and excellence. My range of technical, artistic, and leadership experiences gives me unique perspective throughout the creative process, and insight in how to manage and motivate creative work at home, and abroad.
